I guess I really should get checked out. I have a blood pressure gadget that we use every morning on FIL before giving him his meds. I'm not sure what "high" is for me, but it was 145/74 this afternoon. That might not be high for some people, but I know mine used to be quite a bit lower whenever I had it checked in the past. Maybe I will check it for awhile, and try to drink more water in the mean time. I already take calcium, vit D and B12 supplements every day, along with Qunol, K2, and Rosuvastatin, plus Levothyroxine for my thyroid. Plus, I have been taking daily injections for osteoporosis for about a year and a half now... hopefully I'll be able to stop doing that very soon, after having a bone scan to see if it has done me any good. Maybe that has something to do with it? And, yes, I do have tinnitus, too. ARGH... getting old is not for sissies! And yet, I went skiing with the kiddos last week and didn't even have sore legs afterward like my daughter did!
