I have no colon or gall bladder. Everything is processed through the small intestine and sent through the illiostomy / stoma into a bag.

I think that part of my issue is with limits on what I can do activity-wise. I am going to try intermittent fasting (nothing but water after 8pm, and nothing to eat the next day until noon). I am not a big breakfast person anyway.
