He's nearly 33 and home again, after several years, with mom and dad and a better support system then the group home for independence.

When he was a child we could not be PCA's etc. Now we can.

We are more of an expert for his needs and now get compensated for his care which is still substantially lower in cost than public/private care. And he has more independence than a group home.

The fraud isn't as recipients as much as it's the middle-men in administrating it. Unfortunately real people get harmed in the process of rooting out the cons.

I'm very concerned about his future care.
