He can do a lot of it, some things need minimal assistance, a couple things he needs full assistance. Transferring and other fall risks etc. need assistance. His brothers look out for him but don't do any physical care. They grew up in his doctors visits and hospital stays too. His nephew does some in home services like helps with things like meals and laundry and keeps him company with 2 overnight supervision. There is staff 24/7. Thankfully we know the other staff well but sometimes I wish I had more privacy in the home.
