first is that dispite my requests, I was not getting bag training.

second that insurance decided they would no longer cover my care (dated on the same day the decision came in of course). Drs said I was at least two weeks early for that but insurance was a hard no. So in 24 hours I had to learn how to care for the giant hole in my stomach and the bag... thank god for my son
