Drevis watched Wendigo’s reactions as she spoke and touched him. She loved the large smile that spread on his face. Without thinking or hesitation, she spoke again once seeing it. ”You also need to smile more. It’s nice to see you smile, it’s so different then the stoic Wendi I’ve known these past few months.” His next words were also nice to hear. ”I can’t blame your mother. I’d have done the same.” It was then that she inched to be close with Wendigo, thanking him and then confessing her love in the form of song into his shoulder. She saw his tail gently wag, which caused a soft smile to cross her own face, and her own tail to wag softly. His next words made her heart soar, which actually caused her wings to flutter a bit – nothing too much though. ”I love you too.” She felt his face nuzzle into her own before coming to a resting spot on her head. Drevis felt the sigh, and immediately braced for the worst. She gave all of her attention to his words. "Forgive me for killing the mood, but I do not wish to hide things from you. I'm sure you've smelled them on me before, other females. Under Beartooth’s command I was sent to mate with Sindri’s own Queen, to solidify an alliance between Tarben and Sindri for the war by getting her pregnant. From the war I could tell she had given birth to them, the time frame adds up. I don't know how many, or their names yet. But she is supposed to send all but her successor to Tarben to reside here. Beartooth also recently asked me to needlessly do the same with his daughter Nadia. Whether it was to scare or scar her, I only told her if she did carry after that she, her mother and her children would be free from Tarben and she quickly took that chance. Her, her brother and sisters along with her mother were kept here for a year as prisoners. Beartooth seemingly grew tired of seeing them now that he has Soraya." Drevis’s emerald eyes shifted to the side before her own soft sigh left her maw. ”I’m sorry, I understand if this frightens you or makes you think less of me.” Wendigo spoke once more, before Drevis started with her own words. ”I’ll be completely honest, I did smell the females on you. And I did wonder what you were up to, whether it be Beartooth’s bidding or your own volition. I’m glad it was the former. As for your children with Sindri’s alphess, I understand, and I have no gripes against their presence. In fact, I respect that you want them in your life.” She then backed up from their position. ”I have one condition to being your life partner, though.” She started, hesitating for a moment before speaking once again. ”I do not wish to be turned into a vampire.” She gave him time to speak, and she could already guess his response, in that he would respect her choice. When that was addressed, her emerald eyes showed a peculiar glint. ”I would like to lay with you though, that is, sleep by your side. I can imagine you’re quite tired from the war and need the rest. If you perhaps have the energy to do more…I’m not against it.” She winked, turned, and sauntered back to what would now be their den. It was a nice thought, after all. Drevis certainly could not be considered a prisoner anymore – she did just admit to a Tarben man that she loved him, and even suggested the potential of him officially claiming her. Actions & Words.
