Drevis’s emerald eyes caught Wendigo’s ears flatten against his head after she had spoken of staying here in Tarben with him, even if it meant leaving her family in Hawthorne – it could very well prevent another war. He spoke. ”I cannot ask that of you, they’re your family and it’s your home. Beartooth could possibly be talked to, but at least think about it some more. Wait until we see your family to decide, that’s a big decision.” She sighed as he nuzzled into her cheek, but then nodded. ”Okay.” She spoke, smiling before noticing the pheromone concoction. It was then that he repeated her desires… fade in, fade out Drevis felt her body go limp as he dismounted, letting herself fall to the floor of their den. Their den. The idea of it still made Drevis happy. Her emotions were strong for Wendigo, that was apparent. She leaned into his body as he extended his wing over her. ”I love you, Drevis.” He spoke softly, followed by a lick to her cheek. She smiled, giving a soft laugh herself – one of feeling adored. He then gave one before he spoke once again. ”Do you think if you carry our children your family will hate me? I did promise your mother I would keep you safe. I said nothing about this though.” Drevis smiled, another soft laugh leaving her maw. ”To be completely honest, I think they’d be confused, if anything.” She started, nuzzling into Wendigo once again. Eventually, she’d try to lay her head on his paws before speaking again. ”Frankly – I knew I did not fit in there. Firstly, the vampirism. Hence why I say they’d be confused – they would never expect me to lay with a vampire, let alone a vampire being a member of Tarben.” She paused, a small sigh then leaving her mouth. ”Second, although you mentioned my sister’s passing…I cannot easily go back. I loved her, but it was not reciprocated. She was the most mean to me out of my three siblings. Mav and Styxx, well, they did their own things. My memories of Hawthorne, though some great memories, I also have some sadder ones. I wish to not re-live them, but also stay in contact with my family.” She sighed once more. ”Which makes things difficult…” She then realized she got off track – making a tch sound before lifting her head and attempting to meet his amber eyes. ”I got off track from your actual question, I’m sorry.” She spoke, recollecting her thoughts and as she did, she laughed. ”As for keeping me safe, you still technically did. Although I may carry children, our children, I do not believe my mother will be mad. In fact, I think her first thought would be excited for new grandchildren – she was very excited with Lucaya had her children. As for Lucaya, well, I imagine she might be angry with my decisions. But upon getting to know you…I think she could forgive it.” Drevis smiled, closing her eyes with it temporarily. ”After all, she loves me for who I am.” Actions & Words.
