None of which* are the responsibility of the Executive Branch of the federal government. These are local law enforcement issues.

Moreover, do you have a verifiable source showing that any or all of these categories are on the rise at all, to say nothing of a rise so catastrophic that the overheated term "war ravaged" is anything but inflammatory hyperbole?
