and a foreign military occupation is clearly MOT here..the state will maintain its own authority and resume the same...the benefitting citizens who have asked but not received help from the state actually cheer the liberating atmosphere.
The numbers of "serious and viscous" crimes have gone down in the last 7-8 months .but I wouldn't credit the current state government for that. Not sure anyone can take that credit .but everything else, crime wise, is at a disproportionate level.
We lock doors. Keep our garages locked. And venture not into the city . there's just no reason to go there anymore.. it's not safe.
