Knowledge conditions can, in some circumstances, be extremely difficult to obtain even if the assertion under examination is not, ultimately, unfalsifiable. But that's just the way it goes. To bypass the epistemological requirements via what amounts to "and then a miracle happens" requires proving miracles occur (almost certainly an unfalsifiable assertion).
