But nowhere does Jesus or the bible say that. You said that, and thus you obviously think that. On the contrary, the bible says, when Peter asked how many times would be sufficient to forgive a brother, Jesus said to him to forgive "seventy times seven" which would certainly suggest that the same sin could be committed over and over, and quite possibly repented over and over again, and yet should still be forgiven over and over again.
