maybe the Purdue case was just happenstance, but she infers that a suspension based on just a he said/she said with no other real collaborating facts is a tough road.

This judge thinks TJ isn’t likely to be charged in the rape. Although she’s not ruling on the rape, no judge wants egg on her face as the one that let a rapist play. He insists this bias would swing her decision and she could’ve easily found differently if she thought he was guilty.
What say you? I suppose the ideal is to rule without bias…but that is not human reality.
