I totally see both sides of this, I really do Archived Message

I'm looking at this from a macro perspective. We are a consumer economy. So much of that is reliant on people going into an office, buying lunch, going to happy hour, etc. That is totally dying and it's going to have massive implications to every downtown in the country. Previous Message Previous Message Previous Message Which is a terrible approach in general. Previous Message Do you at least see the POV of companies desperate to get back to the before times? Previous Message Just had an announcement that we are going from full time telework for all non-supervisors to 3 days/week in office starting in a couple on months. I bet we lose 10-20% of the workforce in the next 6 months. Certainly tips the balance for me way towards leaving, if I can find a gig. But at least we can all improve collaboration by calling into meetings from our desks in the office instead of from our desks at home.
