The air was becoming crisp, cold. His night grew long and his loneliness grew with every night. How he missed his Persephone. His heart ached as slumped into his dark den, no warmth of another to keep him from the bitter cold that came in the night. Just as his starlit eyes began to close did they fly open again to the loud sound of the earth crumbling. He rushed out of his den, fearful of what he might find had crashed into the burnt Ashen Woodlands said to be haunted.

"I knew I should've made my den away from here..." He sighed before walking closer to where the now strange glow came from. He was fearful, but there was this pull... like something wanted him to be go forward. His eyes caught the bright light of something ahead, and suddenly his vision went black...
