"Wisteria? Where are you? My love.." his voice echoed into the night, the moon glaring down at him in contempt. As if he'd done something wrong. "Please! I know you've got to be here!" the Prince was scared. No, that was an understatement. He was terrified of losing his love. That woman had changed him for the better, and there was no way he would let anything happen to her. He traced her scent, but it disappeared.. as if she turned into nothing. Where was she? Where could she have gone?

Panic seized his heart. They were supposed to be wed. They were supposed to be together, she was the next Queen to be of Dawnshire with him. The first of his lineage to marry. Helius and Wisteria, future of their pack. So where was his Queen? The mocha-colored soldier whipped his head back and forth, attempting to find the direction she would have gone.

He didn't have much time to do that, as the light burst through the night. He had about a millisecond to glance up, before the crashing noise and his vision disappeared.
