Kodlak watched Leona take a bite from the hare meat upon his comment. He continued to speak, and she seemed pretty satisfied with his explanation, or from what he could gander, based off of her nod. Her next comment made him laugh a bit. ”Well, all I know is this is quite the experience.” He retorted with ”Hey I gave you fair warning before I bit you…so…not my fault.” He gave a playful smirk, but he was grateful for what Leona had let him do. That and also spending time with him, more than anyone else had before, at least in the casual, non-familial sense. He began to think, mainly about Leona, spacing out as she ate more of the meat. He was pulled out of that trance when Leona spoke again a few moments later, his pitch head turning towards the newly turned vampire lass, amber eyes attempting to meet hers, and ears perked to show he was actively listening. ”Hey Kodak? Do you…do you think you’d like to pursue this tie? I mean…I think I really like you. And so far, you haven’t run away from me screaming. Do you think…pursuing it is a viable course of action?” A slow smile made its way onto his maw. ”What, are you now a mind reader?” He teased before he continued to speak. ”I would like to pursue it, Leona.” His tail wagged softly, it hitting the snowy ground since he was sitting, with an obvious lean to his left due to the lack of a leg. The scaly patches around his front shoulders tensed up at a gust of cold wind, which inspired the black and russet brute to speak again. ”Though, I’ll have to admit, uhm…” He paused, his face heating up as he spoke once more. ”If you want…er…the mating side of things, that might be a little difficult.” A nervous, embarrassed smile laid on his face.
