We were actively supporting a policy of massive violence and ethnic cleansing against Gaza, without lifting a finger to try and stop it. We were already utterly subservient enablers of Israeli war crimes. There were not even crumbs from Biden, never mind a half a loaf.
Edit: I’m not saying Trump won’t be just as bad. He almost certainly will be. But given how terrible Biden was, I find it completely understandable why a voter who really cared about Palestine would vote for him just because there was a chance for a change.

Trump would be unabashedly pro Israel and give Netanyahu whatever he wants. Biden / Harris would not. Seems like you take a half a loaf and an administration that will at least listen over one that clearly doesn’t care about your people at all.

But given the Biden admin’s sycophantic track record towards Netanyahu, a vote for Trump at least has a chance of changing the status quo. Given his dollar focused mindset and how aggressive he’s been about our “unfair” defense deals with Western Europe and South Korea, it’s not that hard to envisage him cutting aid the Israel because we don’t get anything back from them.
It probably won’t happen. But if not, they haven’t lost anything because the Dems offered absolutely nothing. Short of US fighter jets joining in bombing civilians, there was pretty much no possible way US policy could be worse for Palestinians.
