The woman of Sabertooth danced into the Firefly Forest, trying to jog her memory. She still had amnesia, and she was frustrated night and day.
Jinthe’s eyes peered about, searching the trees for anything that she may have seen in her old life. She saw fireflies, but no memory, and that failure weighed on her-how was she supposed to remember who she was, where she had come from?
She decided to just run. She went so fast, she didn’t notice the first body, nor the second, third, fourth or fifth. It was only when she stepped on one of the pretty, glowing stones that she faltered, and cried out in pain.
She stumbled away. Hurting, hurting, hurting. Jinthe tried to run, but a sleepiness weighed her down. She fell to her knees, gasping through the agony, and she lowered her head, trying to annul the pain in her spine; then everything went dark.
“It started under neon lights, and then it all got dark!”
