...seems to be holding. I'm a little over half way through January. 11 days into a planned 21 of going Monday-Friday.
This is in addition to my normal M-W-F lifting routine. The goal was to stretch / push myself and by daily repetition just make it something that I do...normal as brushing your teeth or taking a dump.
It's working. I feel great and even just 550 reps into it have noticable, visible, changes.

Doing another 3 day fast this week, might stretch it to 3.5 days.
I've done a three day and two day (January 2-4 & 8-9), consuming nothing but water and two electrolyte packets per day. The other days, I just try to eat normal and moderate my drinking. Granted, I was in Denver for for days last weekend, and Austin for two days the weekend before that, so that hasn't been great.
However, I'm down 21 lbs. since January 1 and feeling great.
