I bought a bullet journal and I plan out my whole week in advance, then check off each activity after I do it.
Turns out, I really like checking things off a list, so it's been extremely helpful.

Doing another 3 day fast this week, might stretch it to 3.5 days.
I've done a three day and two day (January 2-4 & 8-9), consuming nothing but water and two electrolyte packets per day. The other days, I just try to eat normal and moderate my drinking. Granted, I was in Denver for for days last weekend, and Austin for two days the weekend before that, so that hasn't been great.
However, I'm down 21 lbs. since January 1 and feeling great.
