45 minute walk at noon, and either weight training or cycling in the evening.
Resting HR is back under 60, and scale says I’m down 11 lbs of fat mass. I’m also back up to lifting 285 on the bench press. Not where I was 3 years ago, but I’ll take it at this point.

Doing another 3 day fast this week, might stretch it to 3.5 days.
I've done a three day and two day (January 2-4 & 8-9), consuming nothing but water and two electrolyte packets per day. The other days, I just try to eat normal and moderate my drinking. Granted, I was in Denver for for days last weekend, and Austin for two days the weekend before that, so that hasn't been great.
However, I'm down 21 lbs. since January 1 and feeling great.
