I just had a lighter than usual dinner last night, chicken Caesar salad with fruit on the side, and then just an apple and a few almonds for a snack later.
And now at 10 this morning, after my normal breakfast of coffee, cereal, a banana, and a hard boiled egg, having done no physical activity,I’m bonking hard. Hands shaking when I was making myself a bagel to try and get some carbs in my body to recover. And I hadn’t even gone to the gym yesterday, so it’s not like I was at a big calorie deficit or something.

Doing another 3 day fast this week, might stretch it to 3.5 days.
I've done a three day and two day (January 2-4 & 8-9), consuming nothing but water and two electrolyte packets per day. The other days, I just try to eat normal and moderate my drinking. Granted, I was in Denver for for days last weekend, and Austin for two days the weekend before that, so that hasn't been great.
However, I'm down 21 lbs. since January 1 and feeling great.
