This all gets normalized as just being the new reality, but the fact is that it’s not for a program of our stature. The constant churn of both players and assistant coaches has caused a really chaotic situation for a few years now, and the way playing time decisions have been handled doesn’t help either. Feels way too easy for certain guys to fall out favor while other guys are given way too much rope.
I don’t doubt that we’ll get some good players to replace these guys, but this just isn’t a very good start. God help us if we lose Kylan or Tomi.
