Tyler may be a choad, but this is Morez looking to find a much bigger bag and a guy in Tre who’s now been at 7 different schools in 7 years. And we’re putting 2 guys in the NBA after their freshman year.
I’m not sure what you do about that other than to give them the amount of money they want to stay, which is untenable.
This blows for college basketball all around, but this is what it is until they smarten up and start using contracts. High school recruiting is pointless unless you are getting the Wills of the world. Everything else has to come from lesser programs now. It’s an easier evaluation.
Fire Tyler, whatever. It doesn’t change any of this. And he just ran a top 15 offense this year with guys who can’t shoot.
